Pay your staff a livable wage and you’ll see why the service here stands out compared to many other places in town. The food came out quickly and the service was top-notch. I love their fusion concept! The short rib was juicy, the green chile pasta was perfectly creamy, and the Korean BBQ wings were crispy and flavorful. General Manager Juan was an absolute delight and made the experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!

Went to dinner with my boyfriend and the service was awesome! Emily was our server and she was wonderful. She explained the menu and how everything worked, answered all my random questions, and was super patient and friendly the whole time. I got the stroganoff and my boyfriend had the burger with sweet potato fries. Both were delicious and the portions were perfect. We’re not big on alcohol so we skipped the bar, but the Mexican lava cake was incredible. Emily really went above and beyond. Definitely recommend!

Stumbled upon this little gem during a girls’ day after getting our nails done, what a find. We were seated immediately, service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was perfect for an intimate, relaxed conversation. The chef and manager both checked in, which felt genuinely thoughtful. We both had the fish & chips, it was perfect in every way. Our server, Alisha, was fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, and great at guiding us through the menu with her favorites and what’s been trending. I’d absolutely come back with my husband or make this our go-to girls’ day spot.

The fusion made us curious and we were delightfully surprised. Everything was full of flavor. It is great to see a restaurant actually pay their employees well so you don't have to tip just like the rest of the world. P.S. Try the chorizo potstickers, it's definitely different. Our waitress Alisha was great.

Stopped in for a quick birthday lunch and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The food (Braised Beef Stroganoff and the Grilled Chicken Sandwich) was exceptionally hot and so refreshingly different than most options available in El Paso. Talk about fresh! The food was on point. Emily was stellar, answering all our questions, describing the brilliant no-tipping concept, and being so generous to help in my small birthday celebration; the dessert gesture was very kind. I will let everyone know of this superb restaurant and will be back in no time to try those new Winter Specials. Keep up the wonderful work.

Had a wonderful meal at Twisted Fork, starting with lettuce wraps, then white miso chicken tortilla soup, and Cajun shrimp Alfredo. Emily was very knowledgeable about the menu, and very attentive throughout the meal. The steak in the lettuce wraps was incredible, tender and flavorful. The chicken was similarly delicious. The pasta in the Alfredo tasted handmade. And the living wage without tipping was so amazingly refreshing! I will definitely be back!

We had a great lunch here. There was a live DJ and the music was really loud. I know this is a thing now and some people don't mind but I don't like yelling at the people at my table. This was a small inconvenience for the delicious food we had. Alisha our server was very attentive and pleasant. Chorizo potstickers to start, then stuffed chicken with duchess potatoes and veggies super flavorful, lots of garlic which I love, and the (best)flat iron steak with gouda Mac and duchess potatoes. Also green chile Alfredo yummm.

Twisted Fork is definitely a top rated place to eat in El Paso. The delicious food has a fusion of many different flavors and cultural cuisines that give your palate a party of perfection! The atmosphere is lovely and trendy in a classy way. The servers are top notch attentive and very welcoming and courteous. Juan and Alicia are very sweet and make sure you are enjoying your meal to your very liking. Everything about this place is wonderful and worth the visit. Definitely a 5 star rating!!

My husband and I visited this evening for his birthday. The service and atmosphere was quiet and cozy. Our server Alicia was phenomenal, the staff absolutely know how to cater to their guests. We started with the roasted tomato crostini’s (similar to bruschetta) excellent. They are currently serving a fall menu with several extra menu items. I opted for a bowl of their butternut squash soup, which has a hint of cumin - it’s a thicker soup, Devine, Lucious and savory. Our main course was the New York strip, with Gouda Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. - first off the steak was cook perfectly, seasoned to perfection with flavors of mesquite, cracked pepper, salt and garlic. The Mac and cheese always seasoned well, not soupy, flour based or cheap, and the mashed potatoes buttery flavorful and exquisite. I hade the green chili Alfredo with chicken and side of shrimp. Shrimp cooked perfectly! Chicken could have been a min less but let me tell you that green chili Alfredo was amazing. Not chunks of green chili but completely incorporated into the Alfredo. Best I’ve had, that I haven’t made myself. Everything we had was very well seasoned and we will be back!

We enjoyed a post-race brunch here last Sunday! The breakfast shot is pretty cool. I had the spinach and feta omelet with their red chile sauce on the side (so good!) I’m definitely getting the chilaquiles next time. Hubby enjoyed the breakfast sandwich; the ciabatta bread is perfection. Food fusion and hand crafted beverages. (location used to be a Crave)
